Eligibility

Quiss is intended for people who meet the product age requirement and provide accurate profile information.

• You must be 13 or older to use Quiss.
• Keep your nickname accurate and appropriate.
• You are responsible for activity performed on this device while using the app.

Acceptable use

The app is designed for daily rounds, extra packs, friends, 1v1 matches, Trick rooms, and notifications.

• Do not automate gameplay or interfere with quiz scheduling, notifications, matches, or Trick rooms.
• Do not upload or enter abusive, illegal, or misleading profile photos, nicknames, friend content, or Trick-room answers.
• Do not attempt to disable or bypass safety, privacy, scoring, or timing controls.

Service limits

Quiz availability, scoring, friends, Trick rooms, extra packs, and notification timing may evolve as the app changes.

• Daily rounds, extra packs, scoring rules, friends, matches, Trick rooms, and schedule timing can change between versions.
• Notification delays or missed deliveries can happen because of device or iOS settings. Expand a live quiz notification to see answer actions.
• Friendly, online, and Trick games keep their own points and do not change your Quiss score. Support guidance and public website copy may be refreshed as Quiss evolves.

Account controls

First launch creates a lightweight Quiss account on this device. There is no Apple, Google, or email sign-in.

• You can add, replace, or remove a profile photo and edit your profile, topics, nickname, and notification preference from Profile.
• Use Reset this device to delete your Quiss account everywhere, including your profile photo, score, friends, quizzes, extra packs, Trick rooms, and leaderboard rank. This cannot be undone.
• Questions about notifications or app behavior can be sent to support@quiss.me.

For help with a current issue, email support@quiss.me and include the app version, device model, operating system version, notification status, the steps taken before the issue appeared, and any friend handle, Trick-room code, leaderboard, or match details involved.
